It's been exactly 20 years since I work at Intera Lestari Polimer and it has indeed been a very enriching experience for me. It is an organization which offers opportunities for everyone to foster and grow both professionally and personally. I have not only learned a lot over these years about my own domain, but there has also been a lot of cross functional learning which has helped in an overall growth in my career. Peers at Intera Lestari Polimer are extremely encouraging, talented and like one big family who are always around to support at times in need. Intera Lestari Polimer also have a very proactive approach to employee wellbeing and frequently organize events such as family gathering and team building or sports. Overall Intera Lestari Polimer has been one of the best places to work.

I joined Intera Lestari Polimer right after my post-graduation. One thing that impresses me the most is the attitude of all the employee who take care of each other at Intera Lestari Polimer. The Company's leadership has successfully internalized the goals and objectives and employees feel appreciated and recognised for their dedication and hard work. Another great thing about working at Intera Lestari Polimer is that a 'typical day' is never typical, there always something challenging happening and every day is filled with new learning opportunities. Overall, I get to see a sense of company loyalty in most member of team, mixed with a bonafide job satisfaction.

I enjoy working at Intera Lestari Polimer. The working environment is good. All the people that I work with are very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Intera Lestari Polimer also cares about their employee. Often, the company invites professional consultant in their field to talk about important topics, such as financial management, stress management, etc. with the purpose of improving the employees' well-being. I also love the fact that the company always do continues improvement for the benefit of customer and environment. The company always strives to deliver higher quality product to customer through different initiatives such as product development, process improvement and efficiency, etc. Beside that, the company also strives to eliminate environmental footprint through different initiatives, such as plastic waste recycle, building solar power plant, etc. These initiatives are very much aligned with sustainable development goals.

While I worked at Intera Lestari Polimer, I felt comfortable with its policies. If at the previous company I was an outsourced employee, now at PT Intera Lestari Polimer I am given opportunity to became permanent employee. I also feel comfortable with the environment and my colleagues. The company also provides trainings as new knowledge to develop competencies. The company gives me career opportunity. The work environment is very conducive with good and supportive teamwork.

The work environment feels like family my coworkers have become like my siblings There have been so many memories and experiences throughout my time here, all the way until my retirement.
