Lego Serious Play
In developing the corporate values that is in line with the company's vision, mission and strategy, PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia held a Lego Serious Play workshop in August 2015. All managerial levels were involved to work as a team, resulting in the GESIT corporate values.
Outbound & Employee Gathering
In September 2015, PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia hosted the outbound & gathering event. There were a lot of activities in this event and employees from all levels of the organisation participated. The purpose of this event is not only to increase engagement among the employees, but also to introduce and socialize GESIT as our corporate values.
